About The Author

Mattie Jay Cormier is a horror, dark comedy, Sci-fi and Fantasy writer in his twenty’s. With high hopes of finishing his first horror novel soon and although he is not the biggest fan of speaking about himself in the third person is willing to do so for the sake of letting his fans get to know him on a deeper, more himself level.

Suffering from his early teenage years with light sensitivity and depression and even hearing the phrase “What are you some sort of vampire!” Come from everyone, from neighbors to cops who have randomly shown up at his house over a heated debate about whose turn it was to wash the dishes with his grandmother. However, thru all this he found the only thing that really made him happy was sharing his tales about every aspect of life and death in the form of short stories, from there he began writing longer pieces of fiction and wishing to share them with anyone who was willing to read them, and having grown up in Atlantic Canada with nothing else to do, in the years where internet Lay's openly at everyone’s hands, this had become a pretty easy thing to do. When he’s not writing he can be found spending his time at home with his loving girlfriend, friends, and family, coming up with ideas for stories, browsing around YouTube and watching movies on Netflix, all well messing with his social media accounts.
